"I’ve been sexually harassed in multiple jobs, but each time, my concerns were ignored and the behaviour was excused. I dreaded going to work but had no choice, I needed the job. I’ve faced discrimination because I’m neurodiverse, I’ve been offered pay below the minimum wage and have been paid late on a couple of occasions. It’s taken a toll on my mental health." – Lauren, 26
Right now, workplaces remain unfair - especially for young women.
Young women are being discriminated against, sexually harassed, underpaid, paid late or not paid at all. Laws exist to protect them, but a lack of enforcement means rogue employers are let off the hook while young women pay the price.
Too often, young women are silenced from standing up for their rights, because if they do they might lose their job.
This has to change. When young women are held back, we all lose out.
We want everyone to have stronger rights at work: job security, equal pay, and protection from discrimination.
Break the silence. Join us and make sure rogue employers are held to account. Together, we are louder.
Rights Here. Rights Now.
