Young women are being failed and it’s time to hold employers to account. The laws to protect young women are being ignored and not enforced, and it’s costing them their jobs, pay and safety.

Too many face discrimination, sexual harassment, illegally low pay, or no pay at all. Our research shows that more than a quarter who report problems see no action at all, and another quarter are punished for speaking up.
